Frequently ASked Questions

Q: What audiences sizes do you perform for?
A: As small as 10 and as large as 300.

Q: How much time do you need to set up and pack down?
A: Our actors will arrive 30 minutes prior to the show to set up and can pack down in as little as 15 minutes.

Q: Do you have appropriate licenses, checks and insurances?
A: Worksafe, Working With Childrens’ Checks and PL Insurance certificates are available on request.

Q: Are all of your actors vaccinated?
A: All of our actors are triple vaccinated and can provide vaccine certificates on request.

Q: Do you have a COVID-Safe Plan?
A: We have a comprehensive Covid-Safe Policy in place, and you can find a copy here.

Q: Where do you tour?
A: All of our shows are available nation wide. Get in touch to find out when we will be in your area.

Q: What is your cancelation policy?
A: All shows require a deposit to be paid to confirm a booking. These deposits are non- refundable under most circumstances, however, shows are able to be rescheduled and deposits carried over. If a show is cancelled with more than 2 weeks notice only the deposit is payable. If a show is cancelled with less than 2 weeks notice then the full fee is payable.
We do aim to provide some certainty in these uncertain times. And If a performance needs to be rescheduled or cancelled due to COVID-19 there are no cancellation fees.

Q: Do you provide exercises and reflections for staff and students to complete after your school incursions?
A: A follow up study guide for your performance is provided with each booking.
