THE FLYING BOOKWORMS BRING THEIR MAGIC TO SOME CLASSIC CHRISTMAS TALES!
Here at Bookwormland we love the holiday season and are very excited to present our Christmas show to you!
Our non-denominational show combines all the best elements of your favourite Bookworm shows with the magic of Christmas to really put the “silly” into the silly season! We have carefully selected our three Christmas tales (The Night Before Christmas, Rudolph The Red-nose Reindeer and A Christmas Carol) to be inclusive to all students, and to focus on the fun, excitement and kindness of the holiday season. As with all Flying Bookworm school incursions, our focus is on “motivating reading through theatre,” so the big focus of the show is highlighting the magic of books, the ways we can interpret characters, and the fun of performing!

the stories:
The classic story of preparing for Christmas morning, and catching a glimpse of the jolly old elf himself, is brought to life in typical madcap Bookworm fashion. With lots of rhyming, crazy characters and Christmas fun!
You’ve all heard the tale of Rudolph, the beloved reindeer who can’t join in any reindeer games until one fateful night. And now you can see the adventure live on stage!
HANS AND HELGA ARE BACK!
The Bookworms most beloved characters (from the tale of the 3 Billy Goats Gruff) return to tell you their favorite Christmas story! Hans loves the story but is a bit scared of ghosts, so Helga has the perfect solution no ghosts at all!
It’s funny, it’s silly and it’s a very Bookworm Christmas.
PERFORMANCE FEE:
The minimum performance fee for a Primary school incursion is $750 for up to 100 students in a single session.
Performances with greater than 100 students have an additional fee of $7.50 for every student thereafter.
All prices are inclusive of GST.
